Physiological Smoking Predisposition Scale (PSPS)

This assessment measures primarily the metabolism rate related factors that may influence your susceptibility to nicotine dependence. Please answer each question honestly based on your personal experience with smoking.”

1. Do you have a close family member (parent, sibling, or grandparent) who has smoked regularly or had a history of nicotine addiction?
2. Have any of your close family members struggled with substance use (alcohol, drugs, or tobacco) or addiction?
